Basic Refund Policy

    What should I do if I received the wrong orders or my item is defective?

     If you have received an item that you did not order or is defective, we truly apologise, please contact us at as soon as possible with your order number at support@niftytrendstore.com.


    To assist our Customer Support Team to help solve the problem, please kindly attached photos of the incorrect or defective item. We will send out the correct item and cover the shipping fee, at no extra charges!  
     
    What should i do if an item in my orders is missing?


    For logistic reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so that they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they are on the way!
     
    If you are certain that an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. We will be happy to track it for you. Once we are confirmed that an items was missing, either we will refund you the item cost or send you a replacement 100% free of charge.
     
    How soon will i receive my refund?


    In most cases, we will refund your money within 5 business days after your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited to your account that you used to pay the order. Paypal refunds are instant but refunds to your credit/debit card can take up to 6 business days.
     
    Do you ship internationally?

    We provide Worldwide Shipping. It also depends on where you are located that determines when the shipment will arrived. 


    How do I track my package?

    You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at support@niftytrendstore.com

     
    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    Shipment takes around 2-4 weeks. 


    How do I track my orders? 
    Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that contains your tracking information such as tracking number and link to track your package.
     
     
    I have ordered a few items, but only received one... where's my order?

    We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately and hence receiving one item separately  from the rest of your orders. 

    Please be assured if you didn't receive all of your items at once, the rest of the order are on their way!


    Where do your other items come from?

    Niftytrendstore is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
